Ità ¢Ã¢â ¬s usually a position of relaxation and resting done at the end of session of yoga. Ità ¢Ã¢â ¬s considered the most important part of yoga since it serves various purposes such as philosophical, physical and spiritual. It serves the purpose of allowing the body to regroup itself as a form of relaxation (Colangelo, 2003).
